偶像劇《福氣又安康》上周下檔，劇中演員卻愛火燒不完，繼女主角陳喬恩和邱澤看對眼後，最新一期《壹週刊》直擊男主角藍正龍吃上窩邊草王怡仁，偷偷密戀2個多月，且王怡仁已有藍正龍住家鑰匙，來去自如，但總是深夜偷偷進出。
9月23日下午6點多，兩人先後到忠孝東路五段上的ATT，參加《福氣又安康》的殺青宴，工作人員透露，藍正龍藉著酒意，對王怡仁又親又抱。藍正龍待到24日凌晨才在經紀人攙扶下回到永和住處，王怡仁則早他一步回家換好衣服，手持藍家門卡快閃進藍家，一整天兩人都在家談愛，直到24日下午4點多王怡仁才走出。當天晚上10點20分，王怡仁換了件衣服、戴上口罩又到了藍家，25日整天都未出門。除此之外，《壹週刊》九月也捕捉到三天兩人約會畫面。
藍正龍經紀人Billy表示不知兩人在交往，「KTV唱歌時我在場耶！Blue是擁抱、親吻在場所有工作人員呀！」王怡仁所屬的星城娛樂則回應「不知道那是誰的住處，但王怡仁的姊妹淘最近失戀，所以她才會半夜出門！」
